CHOCOLATE-CREAM CHEESE DELIGHT 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. whipped topping, divided
1 (5 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is heating, blend butter, flour and pecans together. Press mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread over crust.

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Spoon pudding on top of cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts. Chill at least 3 hours or more. Serves 10.
