COCOA KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 2/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. finely chopped pecans
54 Hershey's Kisses (9 oz. pkg.), unwrapped
Confectioners' sugar

1. In large bowl cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

2. Combine flour and cocoa; blend into creamed mixture.

3. Add nuts; beat on low speed until well blended.

4. Chill dough one hour or until firm enough to handle.

5. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

6. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each unwrapped Kiss, covering Kiss completely.

7. Shape into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet.

8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until almost set.

9. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

10. Cool completely; roll in confectioners' sugar.
