COCOA KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
9 oz. pkg. Hershey's chocolate kisses

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and cocoa. Add nuts; beat well. Chill. Unwrap kisses. Shape a scant spoonful of dough around each kiss, covering it completely. Roll to form a ball. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
