SOUR PORK CHOPS | |
2 cans sauerkraut (any variety or homemade) 4 pork chops Put sauerkraut in baking pan (microwave dish with lid can be used also). Spread evenly, lay pork chops flat on top of sauerkraut. Salt and pepper to taste, then spoon some sauerkraut over the pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees until chops are done. In microwave, cook on high for 25 minutes. |
