BREADED PORK CHOPS 
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter

In a 2 quart baking dish, saute garlic in butter on HIGH in microwave oven for 2 minutes.

1 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. dry bread crumbs
6 pork chops

Combine parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper and bread crumbs together in a flat dish. Dip chops in garlic butter, then roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over chops. Cover with wax paper and microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes, turn chops over and microwave 10 minutes or until well done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
