BREADED PORK CHOPS 
1 egg
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
Pork chops

Mix egg with some milk, add salt and pepper. Salt and pepper both sides of chops. Dip chops in egg mixture and then roll in corn flake crumbs. Fry in greased electric skillet at approximately 250 degrees, about 20 minutes on each side for small, thin chops, increase time for larger chops.
