BREADED AND BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, sliced
Salt and pepper

Season chops with salt and pepper; dip in cracker and flour mixture and lightly brown them in 1/4 cup oil. Place chops in a 2 quart casserole dish and lay onion slices over top. Cover with lid or foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until tender. This recipe can be easily doubled.
