BREADED PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick

Melt butter in glass baking dish. Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. In another bowl blend together egg and milk. Coat meat with crumb mixture, dip in egg and again in crumb mixture. Bake in melted butter. Bake 30 minutes turn and bake 30 minutes more at 325 degrees.
