BREADED PORK CHOPS 
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 (3/4" - 1" thick) pork chops
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced

Beat egg yolks, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons water thoroughly. Dip chops into egg mixture; coat with crumbs. Brown well on both sides in oil. Place in baking dish. Place onion slices on top. Add 1/2 cup hot water. Cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
