BREADED PORK CHOPS 
1 c. homemade bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
4 to 6 pork chops
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. milk

Save old bread heels and process for crumbs (mix whole wheat with sour dough). Mix next 4 ingredients in pie pan. Pour milk into another pie pan. Dip each chop into milk to coat. Dip into bread mixture to coat. Place on a rack on a broiler pan. Be sure you sprayed the rack and pan with vegetable oil spray. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown, turning once.
