1 stick butter
2 boxes (sm.) of vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Melt butter; mix in pudding mix and milk. Cook 1 minute. Add 1 pound confectioners sugar. Mix well; pour into pan. Serve with milk and sugar.
