CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
6 to 8 chocolate candy bars, chopped
1 c. pecans (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 65 minutes. Loosen warm cake from sides of pan and invert onto a sugared plate. Glaze: Melt several snack-size candy bars in microwave and add to 1 cup confectioners sugar. Pour onto warm cake. Top with crushed chocolate candies (nonpareils look nice).

Most any candy bar works in this recipe. I have tried MILKY WAY®s, Nestle Crunch and Hershey Bars. You can also add colored cake decorations as a topping.

Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
