CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 med. size head cabbage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
2 tsp. chili
1/4 c. minced onion
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 bouillon cube

Remove 8 to 10 cabbage leaves and put into boiling water 2 minutes. Drain. Combine all other ingredients except beef bouillon cube and water. Mix thoroughly, spoon mixture on each leaf, then fasten with toothpicks. Place in Dutch oven. Put cube in hot water. Pour over cabbage rolls. Simmer 1 hour.
