CABBAGE ROLLS 
1/2 lb. veal
1/2 lb. pork
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. instant or regular rice (use 1/2 c. rice per lb. meat)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 med. head cabbage
1 (10 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Hambones

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Blanch cabbage. Stuff cabbage with meat mixture (roll and tuck through ends). Pour 1 can whole tomatoes and 1 can cream of mushroom soup to pot of cabbage rolls. Add enough water to cover. Place a piece of ham or ham bone in pan and cook for 1 hour.
