CHICKEN FANFARE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American Mixtures San Francisco Style broccoli, carrots, waterchestnuts and red peppers
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 tsp. salt free natural seasoning mix
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup with 1/2 less salt
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook vegetables according to package directions for 2 minutes; drain well. In 2 quart casserole, combine vegetables and chicken. In small bowl combine seasoning mix, sour cream, cheese and soup; blend well. Spoon over vegetable mixture. In another small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over chicken-vegetable mixture. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated. 4 (1 1/4 cup) servings.
