SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 1 c. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 chopped green pepper 1/2 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. rice, uncooked Crumble sausage in heavy skillet, brown. Add onions, garlic, celery and peppers. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rice, water and soups. Stir well. Put in casserole dish. Bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours or little less at 350 degrees. |
