SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 or 3/4 lb. sausage meat, brown and drain
1/2 c. chopped fine onions
1/2 c. chopped fine celery
1/2 c. chopped fine green peppers
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream chicken soup
1/2 c. Minute Rice

Saute onion, celery, and pepper a little before adding to other ingredients.

Grease casserole dish and arrange sausage, rice, onions, celery, and peppers. Add cream mushroom and cream chicken soup and stir a little through other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
