1 box Swift Premium sausage links
1 roll mild sausage
1 roll hot sausage
4-6 hot sausages, diced
Rice
4 eggs
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Onions
Green pepper
Dry red peppers
2 c. milk
Dash of hot sauce

Fry all sausages, green pepper, and onion; drain grease. Cook 2 cups of rice. Mix sausage and rice in roasting pan. Scramble the 4 eggs and add all ingredients to taste. Pour mixture over sausage and rice. Cover and bake for about 2 hours at 250 degrees.
