SAUSAGE AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. turkey sausage
4 oz. kidney beans
4 oz. corn
8 oz. crushed tomatoes with sauce
6 oz. cooked rice
1 med. pepper, chopped
Pepper and salt to taste

Saute turkey sausage in pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Add crushed tomatoes, beans, corn, pepper and continue cooking until pepper is just tender. Serve over rice. Makes 2 servings.
