OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Shake Bisquick, salt, paprika and pepper in paper bag. Pour oil into oblong baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Dip chicken pieces into milk, drain. Shake 3 to 4 pieces at a time in bag to coat thoroughly. Place chicken skin side down in single layer in oil. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, then turn and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. 4 servings.
