HERBED OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2-2 1/2 lbs. fryer chicken parts
4 tsp. vegetable oil

1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. dried mustard

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking dish with vegetable spray. Brush chicken lightly with vegetable oil and roll in cereal and herb-pepper mixture. Bake 30 minutes, then turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer.
