OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken
1/4 c. corn oil

Combine bread crumbs, salt, paprika and pepper. Cut chicken into 8 pieces, brush each piece of chicken with corn oil. Roll in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces, skin side up in shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
