GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
15 to 20 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 or 2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 or 3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt

Mix first 4 ingredients--graham crackers, butter, sugar, and dash of salt. Press in 9-inch pie shell. Cook the next 4 ingredients until it comes to a bubbly boil--the cornstarch, sugar, egg yolks, and pinch of salt. Put in pie shell.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
3 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until stiff. Spread over pie and brown in 400 degree oven.
