GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
17 graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar

Bake at 350 degrees and cool.

FILLING:

2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix sugar and cornstarch and then stir into the 2 eggs that have been beaten. Add a pinch of salt and then stir into hot milk stirring constantly until it thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat, add the vanilla and pour into the cooled crust. Graham cracker crumbs can be sprinkled on top of filling. Cool and serve.
