MEATBALLS STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
Cooked noodles

In a large bowl combine hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and salt. Mix thoroughly and shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Add soup, sour cream, and water. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
