GRANDMA'S STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 heaping tbsp. of baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients and add oil and milk. Divide dough into four parts and pat into bottom of four round cake pans. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Spread strawberries on one layer and sprinkle with sugar. Repeat layers.
