GRAHAM CRACKER PIES (2) 
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 can milk & 1 can water
4 eggs (yolks)
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour; add enough milk to make a paste; add egg yolks, one at a time and beat. Add remaining milk and water; cook until thick on medium to medium low heat; stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into 2 graham cracker crust.

Beat egg whites until fluffy and spread over pies and brown in oven lightly.
