GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
1 pkg. finely rolled graham crackers
1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. butter and lard mixed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix crust ingredients together and press in a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Use whatever pie filling flavor (2 packages) you prefer (not instant) and follow package directions. Add to crust. Take whites of 3 eggs and 3 teaspoons of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of filling. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and bake until the tips of the meringue browns a little.
