KAREN'S PEACH MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Dash ground mace
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton peach yogurt
1/2 c. dried peaches, finely chopped
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. soft butter

Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl. Mix egg, oil, milk, yogurt and dried peaches. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only enough to moisten. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

Combine 2 tablespoons flour, brown sugar, pecans, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mixture over top of each muffin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
