4 c. all-purpose flour
8 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Sugar
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. chopped peaches

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl combine eggs, milk, and oil. Add the dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Add the peaches. Pour into well greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen.
