SPINACH DIP IN SOURDOUGH BREAD | |
1 box frozen chopped spinach, drained 1 c. mayonnaise 1 loaf sourdough bread, round 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup 1 c. sour cream 1 can water chestnuts Drain and chop the water chestnuts. Hollow out bread, leaving a wall about 2" thick. Reserve crumbs for another use. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and cooked spinach; use the bread shell as a serving bowl. |
