GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Spread coconut and chopped pecans on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan or Pyrex dish. Make cake batter according to package directions. Pour over coconut and nuts. Melt butter and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat. When melted, stir in the confectioners' sugar. Stir until well blended. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

Note: This will not turn out of a pan easily so it's best served out of the pan or Pyrex dish.
