SWISS CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 1/2 oz.)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine water, butter and chocolate in saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in combined flour and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, soda and salt; mix well.

Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. soft butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 1/2 c. confectioners sugar (1 lb. box)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, milk and chocolate in saucepan; boil 1 minute -- mixture will separate. Remove from heat; add sifted confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Frost squares while still warm.
