SWISS CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Blend butter, egg, cocoa and salt. Add sugar alternately with milk and vanilla, mixing until smooth and creamy. Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin frosting, if required.
