SWISS CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Cream softened butter and sugar. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes on medium after each egg. Beating is VERY important. Pour into cooked, cooled pie shell and chill several hours. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
