MOM'S LEFTOVER TURKEY CASSEROLE 
A nice break from hot turkey sandwiches!

2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 lb. chopped bacon (8 slices)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (15 oz ) can mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 (12 oz.) bag Dutch egg noodles (cooked and drained)
4 tbsp. soy sauce (or to taste, I like more)

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.

In a large skillet sauté bacon, onion and celery till bacon is done. Add turkey and vegetables till heated thru. Add soy sauce and cooked egg noodles, toss well together and make sure its heated thru and serve. Enjoy!

Total prep to serve time about 20 minutes. This also can be doubled or whatever and it freezes really well. Only takes 45 minutes or so to heat up at 400°F.
