NO COOK PEACH PRESERVES 
3 1/2 c. peaches (3 lbs.)
3 1/4 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Gel lite

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 box of Sure-Gel lite together in small bowl and set aside. Peel, pit and chop peaches in a large bowl. Mix sugar and Sure-Gel mixture into peaches. Stir until mixture is dissolved. Let stand 30 minutes. Add remaining 3 cups of sugar and stir until dissolved. Fill containers and let stand several hours. Place in freezer until ready to use. Refrigerate any left after thawing.
