MUSTARD SAUCE | |
1/2 c. light brown sugar 1/3 c. yellow mustard 2 eggs 2 tbsp. butter, softened 1/3 c. cider vinegar Beat sugar, mustard, eggs and butter. Gradually beat in vinegar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Serve cold or room temperature. Great sauce to serve with baked ham! |
