MOM'S MUSTARD SAUCES 
1 tsp. dry mustard, diluted in a sm. amount of water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Blend ingredients. Keeps well in refrigerator. Serve over cooked fish - even good on chicken nuggets.

FOR VEGETABLES:

1/4 c. prepared mustard (yellow, Dijon or Grey Poupon)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish

Blend ingredients. Keeps well in refrigerator. Serve over cooked vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, etc.).
