MUSTARD CHICKEN 
6 chicken pieces
1 med. onion
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice onion and separate into rings. Place chicken in lightly greased shallow baking pan.

Place onion rings on top of chicken. Mix wine, mustard, garlic, and pepper in bowl with fork. Pour over chicken. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Spread sour cream over chicken pieces. Bake another 30 minutes until skin becomes crisp or browned. Serve with rice or potatoes.
