HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. prepared mustard 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. curry powder 2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut up (approx. 3 lbs.) Combine first 4 ingredients, set aside. Remove skin from chicken. Dip each piece in sauce and place in large roasting pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8. |
