GREEN BEAN CAESAR 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans or two 9 oz. pkgs. frozen cut beans
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika

Cut green beans into 1 inch pieces. Cook 5 minutes uncovered 10-15 minutes covered. Drain. Toss green beans, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic and pepper together. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
