CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water, add juice and pineapple. Pour into a large flat pan and let set.

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Beat cheese with mayo. Fold into lemon Jello. Pour over lime mixture and carefully pour over partially set lime mixture.

Dissolve strawberry Jello in water and add frozen strawberries. Pour over set lemon mixture. Serve on lettuce. Top with a dollop of mayo.
