CINNAMON CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
3 c. boiling water
2 c. applesauce
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve candies and lemon Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Chill until partially set. Fold in 1 cup applesauce. Put in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch dish; chill firm. Cream the cream cheese, milk, salad dressing and salt and then spread over the Jello. Chill until firm. Dissolve the lime Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Chill until partially set. Fold in one cup applesauce. Put this on top of the other two layers. Chill until firm before serving.
