MOLDED CINNAMON SALAD 
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. cinnamon candies
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. applesauce

Dissolve candies in hot water over low heat. Add Jello and applesauce, pour 1/2 of mixture in Jello mold (keep balance out of refrigerator). When mold is set, spread with mixture of cream cheese, mayonnaise, celery and nuts. After spreading mixture on lower portion of Jello; pour balance of Jello on top, chill. Good served with ham or poultry.
