CINNAMON - APPLE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
2 c. boiling water
2 c. applesauce
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (add enough liquid to water to make 2 c.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Topping:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water. Stir in applesauce, lemon juice, and pineapple, chill until set. For topping, beat cream cheese, cream and mayonnaise until light and frost before serving. Yields 15 1/3 cup molds.
