CINNAMON-APPLE SALAD 
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. sm. red cinnamon candies
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. sweetened applesauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Put hot water and cinnamon candies in microwave or over low heat until candies are dissolved. Add gelatin and stir. Add applesauce. Pour half of mixture into an 8"x8" pan; chill. Mix nuts and celery and sour cream; spread layer over firm apple mixture. Chill until firm and unmold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
