CINNAMON APPLE SAUCE SALAD 
1/2 c. cinnamon candies, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello, stirred into above mixture
2 c. applesauce (commercially canned seems to be better)

Dissolve cinnamon candies in 1 cup boiling water; keep stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 package of lemon Jello; let cool and before it sets, stir in 2 cups applesauce. Additional red fruit color may be added if not red enough. Mold and serve with whipped cream or salad dressing.
