TZATZIKI (GREEK DIP) 
1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup yogurt
1 clove minced garlic (or more)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Drain cucumber in sieve or colander (very important or dip will be watery).

Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least an hour to blend flavours.
