1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. water 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Shape into balls (rounded teaspoons) and place in ungreased 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes, uncover, and bake for 15 minutes longer. |
